The heavy-duty 304 18-8 stainless burners ensure even distribution of extreme heat across the cooking surface. Crafted in the USA from commercial-grade 304, 18-8 stainless steel, all Artisan by Alfresco products feature durable Heli-arc hand-welded seams without any mechanical fasteners. Their unique pyramid shape, with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface. The radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place and can be turned over for self-cleaning when the burners are fired on high with the lid closed.

Additionally, heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates with a special non-stick electro-polished finish ensure optimal performance over both briquette and “U” burner sections. The two-position warming rack conveniently stores up and out of the way when not in use. For enhanced functionality, an optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available, featuring a 20,000 BTU infrared burner with a 100% combusting ceramic surface, providing intense, even heat and authentic steakhouse results while cooking 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups.
