Ambient blue LED front panel lighting illuminates knobs precisely, while Artisan Professional Grills feature a flush-mounted 1500º rear ceramic infrared rotisserie burner, distinguishing them from the American Eagle Series. Their special pyramid shape, coupled with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface. The radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place and can be turned over for self-cleaning when firing burners on high with the lid closed. Additionally, heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grates with a special non-stick electro-polished finish ensure ultimate performance over briquette and “U” burner sections.
The two-position warming rack conveniently stores up and out of the way when not in use. For enhanced functionality, an optional interchangeable infrared burner upgrade is available, featuring a 20,000 BTU infrared burner with a 100% combusting ceramic surface, providing intense, even heat and authentic steakhouse results while cooking 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups.
