Adding to their functionality, ambient blue LED front panel lighting illuminates knobs precisely where needed, while Artisan Professional Grills boast a flush-mounted 1500º rear ceramic infrared rotisserie burner, distinguishing them from the American Eagle Series.

Their special pyramid shape, coupled with a flat top and heat-holding cavity underneath, delivers intense, even heat to the cooking surface. The radiant tray securely locks briquettes in place and can be flipped over for self-cleaning when the burners are fired on high with the lid closed.
